Group Music Circles (Auti-Tune)

These music circles are designed for autistic and neurodivergent adults and teens who want to make music with others in a space that feels calm, respectful, and low pressure.

This is not a performance group and it’s not a lesson. It’s a shared music experience where participants can join in at their own comfort level. Some people play chords, some improvise, some sing, and some simply listen.

There is no expectation to be “good” at music. There is no pressure to keep up. The goal is connection, creativity, and enjoying music together.

Many participants who find typical group settings overwhelming discover that this format feels welcoming and manageable.

Everyone is encouraged to participate in a way that works for them.
